Spell check before you publish
A classic error as shown here on Times-online's Frontpage. Probably should have invested in a proper spell checker before they post articles. Errors in the title is especially unforgivable.

Project 365: Day 35 Stud 100
Quite an uneventful day except for the boring G20 meeting which got world markets rallying on false hopes. Printing money to solve an economic problem, ha, let's see how well that works now since it never worked in the past, fascinating really.
Anyway, I was on the tube and guess what I saw on the advertising space on the carriage I was in.
STUD 100. Apparently for £6.99 you can delay ejaculation for ....... wait they didn't state the length of time, will somebody try it and let me know? So viagra prolongs erection and this delays ejaculation...... What if you combine the both?
Again, please do let me know what happens if you tried it.
Best regards,
Jing Qi Quah

Why is the rum gone?
Was happily studying for my next paper until anonymous message me. For the sake of women, I'll need to extort a pirates ticket from nuffnang. Sorry yea boss, anonymous wanna kau more girls...... i sweat...... Nevermind la, I sending this anonymous as my rep ok yea?
Why is the rum gone?
Coz Bacardi just went bankrupt.........
Who am I kidding?
Bacardi is the world's largest privately held, family-owned spirits company; a producer of rums, including Bacardi Superior and Bacardi 151.
And from what I know, family-owned businesses don't go bankrupt so easily. The only reason they go bankrupt is when the head of the family kong and all their cucu-cicit want a piece of the gold. You know how the old story goes....... one stick is easier to break compared to a bunch.
So lesson of the day:
Same story goes everytime. If you're one of the heir to a family fortune, don't go fighting over a small piece of cake la. Please, go bake a bigger cake, then you can still get a bigger portion than originally.
Agree???
In the meantime, if you haven't watch the alternative version of pirates yet, please...... go to your nearest and legal BitTorrent site(is there one?) and download the infamous "Pirates" alternative version. You might feel disappointed with the action(ya I disappointed) but look at the bright side, their use of CGI is amazing for an ahem.... video.
Adam & Eve, may god love you long time. Long enough to produce "Pirates 2", but with more action please.

From London to New York
Those people at Google must be damn bored.
Thanks to William for the info.
How can a person get from london to new york? Well let's ask for some directions from Google Maps shall we?
Google Maps returns us with this:

At first glance, it's pretty weird right? Thats a straight line across the Atlantic, fishy.
In its directions:

Swims 3,462 miles eh? I think I'll pass and take the Virgin Atlantic flight instead.
Don't believe me? Click here. God they must have a good sense of humour up in Google headquarters.

Jolie vs Pak Lah
Wanna fight? Yatch fight it is!!!
Talk about making Pak Lah look like an idiot for getting into a huge controversy over a sampan.
Comparatively......... 268/8 = 33 times the amount Pak Lah spent for the Cobra Sultan.

Sleep and Jet Lag
Was reading Howsy's blog and I came across this. I told myself I have to put this up, OMG it's like caught red-handed. If you don't get what I mean, take a look at this:
I think it was some speech regarding the Formula 1 event recently, and it has already more than 5000 hits in youtube. Pak Lah, it's not in photo anymore, you caught in live action, say cheese :D
Understandably our PM has lots of work to do, maybe jet lag as well. I propose we equip some device in PNB's new Airbus to counter jet lag. Or at least have some printed notes on board or a personal assistant to advice our PM how to reduce the jet lag. He is after all the most important person in the country right? Heck, I suggest that you take some time off holidaying in Perth as well, too bad the house isn't ready yet right?
And also Pak Lah, can delegate some tasks to your No.2 la, don't have to bear all the responsibilities yourself right? Got so many No.2 to choose from, no problem with talents right? Or do you?

Muar Chinese Part 2
Remember the song about Muar I posted last month? 麻坡的華語 Muar Chinese
Actually it's a new song by the same person which I came across when I was looking at the lovely AprilCherrie's blog. Thanx for the video ya :D
Enjoy
It is really true that Singaporeans don't know how to cross the road in Malaysia. It also took me quite a while to get used to crossing the road when I first came back.
Come let's sing together-gether

His fiance?
To me, The Star Online has been my source of news from Malaysia. Being the country's premier newspaper, I find it unacceptable to have grammar errors in news reports. This is so because when I was in secondary school, my teacher taught me that newspaper reports are all grammatically correct.
To The Star editors: please proof-read your articles before they are published, even the ones online. The younger generation might learn the wrong thing in the end.
Ignore the fact that this is not the last time we are going to see such reports in the newspaper.
His fiance? The last time I check, his refers to a man, and fiance means "A man who is engaged to be married". Ok, so it was more of a vocabulary error, still quite serious right? By the looks of the report, if I were ignorant, I would take it that this is the first time Islam allowed same-sex marriage.
Weird I would say.

Jean Todt's Remark
I came across Dato Seri Jean Todt's remarks in The Star newspaper. A funny quote caught my eyes:
She here refers to our beloved Datuk Michelle Yeoh.
Why is this funny?
Try exchanging the "She" in the sentence with "Michael Schumacher", still makes sense right? We're talking marriage, not Ferrari team news here.
Anyway just for some humour, no hard feelings Dato Seri Jean Todt. I really do admire your achievements and your wisdom in business.
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and I wish you both a Happy Marriage, sincerely from Boss Lepton.

To Steve Irwin
This is to Steve Irwin, whose life was ended by a sting ray.
I wonder how would it taste like though.......
Good catch, although animal rights advocates beg to differ.
*Update: So I've now learned that manta rays doesn't have sting barbs, foolish me. Check it out here.
p.s. sorry about the one-liner, I really had to post this when I saw the pic.

During the course of their evolution, Mantas lost the stinging barb and their pectoral fins developed into graceful, flapping wings, but their flattened body shape remained.Thanx for the info anonymous. And Steve Irwin, too bad, no revenge for you.
p.s. sorry about the one-liner, I really had to post this when I saw the pic.
